Refund Policy
Effective May 5, 2026.
No refunds on delivered documents. Because each document is generated on demand and delivered immediately upon successful payment, all sales are final once the document has been generated. If your payment was charged but no document was delivered due to a technical failure on our end, contact the support address in the footer and we will either re-deliver the document or issue a full refund within five business days.
